Evansville Law enforcement are investigating a capturing that occurred Wednesday night time in Evansville.
It took place just right before 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday evening in the parking lot of the Captain D’s on Highway 41 and Covert Avenue.

Investigators say there was an argument that got out of hand. Witnesses convey to police, the shooter pulled out a gun and fired twice.
