Most of the food carts in the pod opened before this 12 months, but the owners of the carts claimed they wanted to host a grand opening in celebration of their new dining spot.

“And then my mom (who operates Sabor Yucateco) mentioned, ‘Let’s get a mechanical bull,” said Gilmer Gongora, who runs Bobablastic with his brother Ivan.

They consider the event will be important for the Estacada neighborhood since lots of of its common gatherings have not taken area because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
