Homeowners Christian and Amber Rood started juicing at household all through the pandemic as a way to improve their well being, and they have integrated their food and drink strategies with other recipes from their six employees into the menu of breakfast, lunch and snack goods.
“We came out of (the pandemic) wanting for much better health choices for folks on the go,” Amber Rood reported. “The menu is based on recipes, collaborated with our team, that we commenced making, tasting and tests about two months just before opening.”
The juice bar, which opened in Might, functions pressed juice, bottled juice and smoothies to drink. Its food offerings include breakfast savory and sweet wraps “loaded and toasted” objects quinoa and smoothie bowls and salads.
Rood reported her business is in a prime place at the northwest corner of Nob Hill and 64th Avenue, future to the Volution CrossFit health and fitness center and The Lodges in West Yakima apartment advanced.
