WILDWOOD, Fla. – Law enforcement stated that they arrested a lady just after she turned upset about the thickness of a tomato in a Whopper she purchased at a Florida Burger King, main her to throw the burger at an worker and spout racial slurs.
The Wildwood Police Section mentioned that the incident took place on April 30th at a Burger King locale on 7 Mile Travel. Officers were being dispatched there in reaction to an employee remaining strike by a burger.
They explained that they arrived at the scene and realized that a girl, Judith Black, was not content with her Whopper sandwich she ordered and began to yell at the buying counter. An worker knowledgeable Black that she would guide her if she would prevent yelling. However, Black then threw her burger at the worker and left, with her spouse adhering to guiding.

The arrest report also said that Black called the employee a racial slur and claimed to “shut up” even though outdoors. Several witnesses and surveillance video verified the incident.
Officers reportedly discovered Black and her handle. They went to discuss to her and she advised them that she was upset at the thickness of the tomato on her sandwich. She explained she grew to become angry when the personnel was not correcting the burger and “tossed it at her.”
The arrest report goes on to say that Black admitted to stating the racial slurs as effectively.
