The city is thinking of amending its ordinance to permit for far more adaptability when it arrives to how extensive food trucks can function.
Joe Perez, the city’s director of local community relations, said some foodstuff truck suppliers have inquired about obtaining the skill to function in the town for longer than they are allowed to now.

Perez explained the ordinance enables the city manager to administratively permit a meals truck to be at a site longer than a few hrs.
